ATM does not work, says not able to dispense cash or deposit cash or checks. Ok just say out of order

It's inconvenient to speak to a banker while I'm there. I have to make an appointment to speak with them each time. No one available at the branch to serve customers as needed.

Terrible service I was given at this branch.!!!! Love my Chase and they are always there for me. Unfortunately I needed a new debit card expedited to this location as I am traveling frequently and needed a new card within a few days before leaving the state. I went in to this branch and asked a banker if my new card was there that was to be expedited, he was I guess unfamiliar with the word EXPEDITE and directed me to a teller The teller was as well clueless but asked me to wait until helping others waiting. I waited a few others and finally said I needed help. She said she would ask the manager but he was in a meeting, this I was not told before ? I said I needed to know if card was there to make other arrangements if necessary.. She went into the managers office , back to another room and came out with the card !!!! Two bankers and a teller it took !!!! Guess thats that -100 for my review for Chase Bank located at 22240 Marine view drive south Des Moines Wa Thanks for the card , and thank you corporate for sending good thing customer service is always there for me $$$$
