        The manager Michael is a douche bag and should be fired. He is rude and very unhelpful. I hate chase bank and will never get an account here again!!

        I have experienced nothing but amazing customer service at this branch. The manager (Michael) and the personal banker (Caitlin) both went out of their way to ensure that all of my business was taken care of. They made sure all of my questions were answered and my mind was at ease.

        2nd very bad service from Stacy. As I walk up to the counter with my card out, she said what do you want.?? She handed my money to me in a sealed envelope that I had to open and count back to myself in front of her to verify the correct funds. With all the fees you pay to bank there, you would hope to have better customer service. I will be closing my account and bank somewhere else!!
