I have visited this branch about 4 times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. So far, all the clerks who have helped me have been nice, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. Im thinking that they should training to the clerks on other branches. I rather drive a little farther and experience their excellent customer service, than stay closer to home and have my blood pressure go up for the unpleasant service provided at 512 W Smith St Kent WA

Really bad Customer service, I went there to open an account sat there for 40 minutes to find out that they could not help because they were closing in an hour. The agent should have communicated this before making us wait in the lobby and waste our time .
