This branch was awesome.. they were very curtious and took the time to understand the hold up on Chase sending me a new debit card. Many other branches often brushed me away saying they couldn't do anything from their end.
This was a long-standing frustration I had that was resolved with this branch.

All the people there are friendly and helpful.
Whoever the disgruntled people are, it is probably because they didnt want to wear masks or use hand cleaner.
Not a single person has ever been unfriendly and they are always helpful.

Last time I checked people are allowed to walk around and take pictures of public places whether it be a bank property or not in a free country and dont need to be questioned by the bank manager. Its kind of asinine and endangering to you and your staff to just walk out and start questioning someone for no reason. Considering I was wearing bright flashy colors and noticeable clothing I dont think I needed your senseless dramatic instructions to introduce myself. Such instructions were not given and considering I got paid $8 not even close to worth it. Anyways, enjoy your 1-star and next time stay inside.
