I have always been impressed with the level of service from Savibank employees. Today I called for a question about a minor glitch with their deposits. Their teller Georgianne who works in the Freeland branch was so helpful when I called. Not only did she listen to my concerns and reassure me that my issue would be taken care of promptly, she also followed through and delivered amazing service with assistance from the fantastic branch staff. I am so happy with this bank.

Heres an outline of our experience so far. -We are out hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees due to issues with their system. Money randomly being taken out when we havent used our account, and our room mate transferring rent to us the same day we have had to pay it have been two examples of why we would accrue these fees. Accidents happen, but the amount they have taken far surpasses anything we have been responsible for. -Had around $800 in fraudulent charges from a hotel, only received around $375 of it back. -Had two unauthorized purchases from iTunes totaling around $100. They refused to remove the purchases because they were older than 60 days old. We had just found them after trying to figure out why we were $100 short with bills/budgeting. -Mount Vernon, and Burlingtons branch managers both discriminate against certain industries and wont cash their checks and will send you to Walmart unless the check is from somewhere like Safeway. -If someone tries to sign a check over to an account holder to cash the above experience is even worse. -Their app/site is always down between 11pm and 5am and sometimes longer. So if you need to access your account you cant, and no one is available via phone to help if all physical locations are closed. -If you get locked out of your card or account for whatever reason you are out of luck and cannot access your money until they open next - and when this happens on a Friday night when youre trying to get gas its pretty horrible. Banking here being low income was very stressful and we could really use the money that was taken from us. Be careful banking here.
