        My fir sat visit is really good But second time I make appointment but the banker of the day receive me after receiving 4 customer before me even I had an appointment it was frustrating for me

        One of the worse banks I've ever been in. It's a Friday,and they have one teller with 30 people in line. Other employees standing around

        I call 4 times and this isnt the first time so many times happen to me and yall dont answer

        Horrible service. The personal banker on site seemed unsure of how to hold a conversation, ask questions, or answer questions. There were prolonged moments of silence and staring until ultimately I decided to end the conversation and take my business to a different branch.
