Every person I interacted with here was friendly, they even accommodated a last minute appointment for me when they definitely were not expected to. Jack, the financial advisor I worked with was so helpful, I cannot thank him enough for all the useful info I was provided with. Definitely my go to bank for all my business needs now, theyve earned my trust and loyalty with just one interaction. Not all branches are created equal, and this is an example of why it truly comes down to the people. Please never change, your South Seattle community needs you!

If you are planning on opening a Business Account you need to make sure you work with Jack Qu! He is my go to banker and he should be yours as well. Super easy to talk to, super polite, and knows what he is talking about. A great banker is hard to come by so having a guy like Jack as my banker is a blessing. Thank you for your hard work Jack!
