        Ive been coming to this branch for several years and even after I moved away for a bit continued to drive to this location because I preferred it over the branch closest to me. Victoria is amazing and goes out of her way to help her customers. I appreciated her great attitude and willingness to help tackle my problem and felt like I really mattered.

        DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS SO CALLED BANK. I DISPUTE A CHARGE ON AN ONLINE PURCHASE AND THEY GO AHEAD AND APPROVE THE TRANSACTION,AFTER I FILE A CLAIM. I AM TAKING MY MONEY OUT AND FINDING A REAL BANK. THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR , ZERO STARS.

        Ive been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years and have visited local branches on many occasions. Ive never had as much of a bad experience as Ive had at this branch. If this was a one time occurrence I would not leave a 1 star review, however almost every time Ive needed to open a bank account Id never be able to walk-in and do so. Even if there arent any customers in the branch they still have me schedule an appointment. When I call the branch, they never pick up the phone as well
