This branch is one of the worst branches. Especially the manager of this branch, Kevin, who has no sense of respect, is extremely arrogant with his head up in the clouds. He thinks he is a big shot and Ive seen him interacting with the other employees; all I can hope is theyre able to find peace with such a manager. Kevin is constantly beating others and talking down to them. Unfortunately Ive had to interact with Kevin and none of the experiences are positive. I have money stuck here so I have to deal with this person but I hope you are able to look elsewhere, even if it means traveling a bit more. No one deserves to be treated the way Kevin treats his colleagues. I also hope Chase corporate does something about this but Im really aiming high and am doubtful they will.

I had a horrible experience to Chase Bank.! They had automatic withdrawal for my Auto insurance. My doctor had me stop driving so I canceled my insurance with Geico. So my bank was still being withdrawn from, and they suggested I cancel my card I did this they requested! My bank account not only continue to withdraw but increased my withdrawal amount substantially! After complaining several times they confronted Geico! Geico denied it although I did not have a vehicle for up to almost an entire year and had canceled my insurance 11 months ago. Geico refused to stop taking the money out after reviewing the dispute Chase allowed Geico to get all the funds that I had canceled and took it from my account when I did not have a car or insurance. When I complained to Chase they said it was between me and Geico now although they were continually taking money out of my account and also my daughter's account which was separate hers was underneath mine as a cosigner we canceled our accounts. There was no recourse the Bank authorities dismissed it as my problem! Geico's word against mine when I did not even have a car or insurance for over a year and I'm a senior that's disabled, on a very very limited budget! I would highly recommend nobody having anything to do with Chase or Geico their crooks. I would like to stand in front of the executives and tell them to face to face their liars and thieves and God will judge them.
