United Bank has done an excellent job maintaining their standards of excellent service with conservative operations. I always feel at home here.

I went in today and opened an IRA. and the lady I spoke to about it was a big help she went through it step by step Explaining as we opened it.

Easy experience. Convenient in/out to purchase using the ATM inside the store.

Restricts our card without giving us a reason why, no fraud alert, or anything. This happens a lot. Really regretting our decision to bank here

Drive thru is extremely slow in completing transactions. Five to ten minutes per customer. I don't understand. Very inconvenient!!!
