Drive thru is extremely slow in completing transactions. Five to ten minutes per customer. I don't understand. Very inconvenient!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars they dont deserve 1. Love trust cant stand this branch and this has been ongoing for the last TEN YEARS. I manage 5 business entities and always avoid going to this truist. Made the mistake of trying them again today since I was in the area. 45 minutes to get some change for my business. Pathetic. Every employee more than 3 years old should be fired. The same employees are there and they still suck. Side note is they closed the one across from the University, which used to be my least favorite one, took the employees from there moved them to here and what do you know, this is the worst location now. Truist Mayfaire, downtown, and 17th st are all amazing, friendly and pleasant!

Definitely the slowest branch!!! Waited too long and just decided to walk out!!! Will definitely look for a new bank!!!
