I wanted 100 one dollar bills. They dont have it. Only had 76 one dollar bills. A big bank like this cant fulfill this simple request.

Do not go here. I worked with Kevin to figure out what my best options would be for my current finances. When I started asking questions to make sure I understood, he got an attitude and became very short with me. I am not a finance-bro, so it was important that I fully understood everything he was telling me and the lack of patience was incredibly frustrating. Additionally no follow up was made despite Kevin ensuring he would. My normal bank is Bank of America and this only reinforced that I need to keep my business there. Do not waste your time or money at this bank.

The ladies here are rockstars. You couldnt ask for a more friendly group of tellers. They take the few moments of each transaction to connect with each customer and recognize so many of their customers. It so refreshing to watch. The bankers are equally friendly and always helpful.

Will not be coming back to this branch, after my husband's multiple trips getting a document notarized, and still not done right. Simple change such as following through the given instructions would have helped. This is the worst bank experience of 40 years. One star for the friendly gentleman greeted us in the lobby.
