PNC Bank

I have been banking at this location for years and have always had the best experiences. Melissa and Dale. have always gone out of their way to insure I received accurate and complete info and transactions.  They always provide good customer service and I highly recommend anyone to bank there.As long as they are at this location I would never consider going anywhere else.Charles V. The 24-hour teller machine all-time breaks down least once a twice a month then you go to make a deposit can't deposit cash then you end up going to a different branch they have the same problem I like the branch I think they're telling machines definitely need to upgrade and if you needed to talk to somebody on the weekend you can forget it

I received a check from a friend on a pnc bank account. I went to cash it at PNC North chase. I needed two forms of id which I have. Then they ask if I have an account with them. I said no. The told me they charge 2% fee since I don't have an account with them even the check was written by a PNC customer. Outrageous. This has to be the worst bank ever. I don't think I will open an account with them. Crooks

Would never suggest going to the drive up at the Northchase branch. Wanted over 10 minutes to get a transaction completed. Helped the person that came after me first. Very disappointing!
