Both teller and assistant branch manager were incredibly helpful today. I brought many banking questions today, and they were knowledgeable and patient with a senior!

Trying to get ahold of anyone on the phone takes 30 minutes minimum, no matter what day it is or what issue you have. Be prepared to sit on the phone for an hour.
