        Both teller and assistant branch manager were incredibly helpful today. I brought many banking questions today, and they were knowledgeable and patient with a senior!

        They are slow with your statements and clearing simple transactions, couldnt get on my online banking for weeks, called and got zero help. Noticed they tried saying I had NEGATIVE $200 even though the ATM said I had a positive amount in my account. All kinds of charges from this bank on my account, wouldnt help at all. Had to go in and the manager was nothing but rude and didnt help me at all. Definitely changing banks. They throw all these bogus charges at your account, that is completely on the bank, but wont do anything to fix what they messed up on. If you are thinking of becoming a member here, go somewhere else. Dont waste your time or your money.
