She made my day and our customer we needed help with is extremely satisfied as well. I do all of my banking here and will continue to do so in the future. Coffee was great too.

        Refused to reverse fraudulent charges on an account. Told me they were happy I was leaving once I said I was closing account. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

        I am very happy with CNB service and people. I forgot to do my second loan car payment and told them if they could waive the late fee and they did! Definitely I recommend CNB because they hear and understand their customers!
