        Every single time I tried to go in and grab my pottery, they were closed even though it says they should be open. Very disappointed

        Horrible communication online. The hours posted on google do not match the stores actual hours. 1st of all when i tried to go to their pittsford location the store was being renovated even though it said it was open. 2nd I drove all the way to webster to pick up the pieces we did and the store was closed at 5:00 with the hours completely different than what was stated by google posted on the door. It is a massive inconvenience to drive an hour round trip for nothing. Especially for someone who works 6 days a week. The enviornment in itself is not horrible. Given the 2 stars instead of 1. One of the staff members was very friendly. The other seemed to hate her job. Its a fun outing if youre willing to deal with the lack of consistency of their hours.
