Do not use them! They let go of several customer service workers in the midwest and forced them to train people from Turkey to take their jobs. I have a friend who worked for them over 20 years and that is what they did to her. I also have a daughter on the east coast who worked at a store for over a year and gets paid $4 an hour less than men! Do not use them!

The UPS store used to be a good way to send packages, but now it is just a joke. If you visit this location you better brings some snacks and a comfy chair because you will be waiting a VERY LONG TIME.

Won't answer phone. Not enough employees to help customers properly. Avoid this location if you can.

Time for an overdue update.  This place has gotten busier since it has become an Amazon return hub.  The staff here at the UPS Store are dialed into what needs to be done to get these returns processed.  I am fascinated by how fast they get things done.  And with a smile on their faces as well!If you are over optimistic like I am and totally destroy the plastic packaging on your Amazon delivery, you can purchase a mailer at UPS for a dollar and some odd change and pack up your goods at the store.  Slap on your label or use your QR code and you are on your way.Friendly people work here.  Right around the corner from my abode in South Reno.  Great, fast services!I have also used their notary services which is convenient!
