Went in today to ship some computers. I thought it would be super complicated, but the girl who helped me made everything so easy. However, I paid alot of money to pack the computers and they did a HORRIBLE job. Just a few pieces of bubble wrap and both monitors arrived damaged- do not let them pack anything for you!

The customer service at this store is awesome. The employees are all knowledgeable, caring, efficient, protective of my deliveries, courteous, and make me feel like part of their team.Their kindness is to be commended starting with the manager Tara who I credit with leading by example with her staff Zay, Princess, and Mona. I have faxed items, have a mailbox at this location, and have all of my packages delivered there for safe pickup & handling. They ALL go that extra mile to assist me and are true assets to UPS. I thank them for their service and highly recommend this location for your Ups needs.
