        Terrible experience Unfortunately this is the only Mazda dealership close enough to my house so Im forced to go here, but every time I go their customer service is terrible. How am I going to have an appointment at 7:30am for a repair, they ask if I will be waiting for the vehicle, I have to because I have no other car. We then wait 2 hours and ask for an update and he tells us that they havent even looked at the car. If you knew it was going to take that long you should have offered a shuttle. Brought my 2 kids with us not expecting it to be that long. You work in customer service How are you going to treat your customers like this
