I WENT THERE LAST WEEK TO GET A AUTO TITLE NOTARIZE AND SHE STAMPED ON THE TITLE ITSELF.
WHEN I WENT TO GET THE CAR TRANFERRED I WAS INFORMED THAT BECAUSE OF THE CLERK STAMPING IN THE WRONG PLACE THEN I NEEDED TO GET A NEW TITLE PRINTED. WHICH COST ADDITIONAL MONEY. I JUST WENT THERE TO TALK TO THE CLERK WHO MADE THE MISTAKE AND SHE INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS MY PROBLEM NOT HERS.. HER NAME IS OLIVIA WILKS. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE.
THEN TO MAKE MY VISIT TO UPS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING , I HAD 2 BOXES TO RETURN TO AMAZON AND BOTH CLERKS CAME UP WITH EXCUSES WHY I COULDN'T SEND THEM BACK TO AMAZON, ONE CLERK WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN HOW TO SEND THEM BUT OLIVIA WILKS JUST REFUSED , I GUESS IT WAS BECAUSE I SAID I HAD TO REPORT THIS PROBLEM TO THE OWNER..

Always in and out. The man at the front is great at helping out in between customers so everyone gets helped quicker. Nice UPS store.

Went to the store to ship some care package to my son overseas. Store manager (Indian guy) was very nice and knowledgeable.
He was very patient and explained to me different options to ship.
The whole transaction was very smooth and appreciated his efforts during these crazy times.
