Im very upset I ordered my wedding dress for a wedding in Mexico a couple of days from now fed ex records they have the name that my package was delivered to I spoke with her she received the package but now ups cant find it and asked how much it cost which was under $193 but why asked if you were going to replace it and not just that Im a regular with my Mail being delivered to my box

This store is clean, has convenient parking and the wait is never too  long.  The staff has always been helpful to me.

My Father went into this location a few weeks ago to drop off a package that needed to be returned to Amazon. Amazon sent me a QR code for the return, that I forwarded to my Dad.
When My Dad, who is in his 60s, got into the store to return the package, GEORGE was there to assist him, and we would just like to recognize his exceptional service skills!!! The QR code would not scan because it was surrounded by an all black background. Obviously my father didnt know what to do to fix this, so GEORGE took white business cards and bordered off the QR code, then took a picture of it and cropped it and it scanned. Then the package went on its way- All thanks to GEORGE!
