Always an easy and quick experience. Had a mailbox there once and it was very reasonable.

I'm a medical traveler here temporary on assignment and had to return a gift my son had shipped to me. I printed out the return slip from a printer at work but did not affix it to the box as I didn't have packing tape. I say all this to disclose how I'm not here permanently, basically fitting my essentials in totes in my car, which doesn't include packing tape. I work 10 hour shifts that overlap the UPS store hours so I came to this location to drop off the return. I told "Dave" I needed to drop off a package and he said it needed to be prelabeled. I said I had the label and would apply it if I could use some packing tape. He looked irritatingly at a table behind the counter and stated that he didn't have any tape. He then promptly turned around and went back to stocking. I ended up looking around the store and purchased an entire role of packing tape (at a self service kiosk mind you, since both regular registers had CLOSED signs) and affixed the label. I went back to him and he scanned the package, asking only if I wanted my receipt via email or text. I've never had a more disengaged interaction with a customer service rep. He couldn't have provided less service for both CVS and UPS if he tried. Some perception of an attempt to assist me would have made a world of difference. Shame.
