        Update: this issue appears with all access point locations for both FedEx and UPS. Would be nice to get a real person on the phone that could suggest a location that can help me with the specific service I needed. Thanks. Horrible service. Can't reach anyone when you call, just a bot. I had a very simple question. 1- do you notarize docs. 2- can I print a document? Should be able to call around to save drive time and gas!!! If you can't handle a simple phone call and simple question, you don't get my business. Period!!

        You cannot drop off anything without a paper label already printed. It doesnt say it on the website and the person behind the counter is really rude about it.
