        I went in for notary service with my husband. When I went to sign the document, they informed me my husband could not be the witness and he told me it was fine then proceeded to say one of the other store employees could do it. I didn't have a problem. I asked if they could scan and send a document to me, he said no problem. When I went to pay, they had charged me for 2 notary, when I only had 1 notary signature, and 1 witness and charged me for scanning the document. Had I known, I would have asked someone to be a witness. At no point was I told there would be an additional fee for the second witness as well as the scan. It feels unethical.

        You have an angel of an employee who saved my life with court filings went well and above what I thought was humanly possible. His name is **Jeremy** at the Keystone Reno, NV location. I had a last minute filing horror which he handled like it was easy when it wasn't easy
