        The woman named Kim at the 116th dodge location is one the rudest employees I have ever dealt with. Zero professionalism. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. She needs to be fired. I'll be speaking with Budget customer service immediately about this person. Horrible experience. Never go here.

        Staff from there are not nice with customer,lack of customer service.I visited 02/11/2024 between 1pm to 2pm because my friends had a reservation.She asked us about two proof of resudense.My friends tried to provide Pay stubs and Leasing contrat under the same address and she didnt t accept it because the proof that they need is electrity bill .i explained to her about the lease is included the electricity and it explained in the contrat and my friends also had the Cox internet service bill as proof.The staff from there didnt accept it.Also the customer need to print all documents that they were requesting and they didnt provide that service for customer.is pretty bad all servide in that Company.they make to complicated all proscess to rent a car
