        Poor experience, i made a reservation, had the confirmation number, and even showed the lady my email stating i had a reservation and she still could not find it in the system. Did not make much of an effort to assist me or make sure nothing would be taken out of my account. Was also told they wouldnt have had the car available for me anyways. BOTH workers left the store at 4:55 when they close at 5:00. It seemed like they just wanted to go home and therefore lied about not being able to find my reservation. Will definitely elevate this horrible experience to a higher level. Would not recommend coming to this location.
