Hertz Car Rental - Omaha - Central Omaha HLE

The worst place I have ever dealt with ! Horrible customer service! Management doesnt return calls ! Gave me a car that didn't start. I never drove it off the lot . Left with nothing!! However they charged my card $500 and now I can't get ahold of management to get the charges canceled. Update: Reached out to them directly,huge waste of time again! Was given some number to call,that will be pointless like every conversation i've had with this horrid company!

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! If I could leave 0 stars I would. They left me stranded! They said they would either deliver a car or pick me up at car auto shop. No one ever showed up at the time I scheduled for and wouldnt answer their phone after an hour of calling. Thankfully Enterprise has their poop in a group and helped me last minute. I will never use this company in the future.

Horrible customer service. Billed me instead of my insurance company and didnt even notify me. Then sent it to collections without even sending me a bill or calling a single time.

The car was nice but we have been receiving charges for months after with no notification. When I called to discuss this I was sent a quick email with their policy and hung up on. If you unexpectedly go through a toll zone know you will be charged for the tolls plus fees. We have been searching the tolls weekly to pay for them and Hertz does it automatically and charges you a lot to do it.
