        I get that it's not the norm to not have a major credit card...but at no point was it listed as a requirement for Hertz. That detail almost ruined our family vacation. Thanks to Enterprise Car Rental for saving our hides! Hertz was not helpful in our unique situation...at all. They gave me hope at first...only to send me on a goose chase for nothing. I will never try* to do business with Hertz again.

        Rented a Hertz car in Chicago and its having car problems and not starting. These guys offered no assistance and told me I cant switch my car at their HERTZ. Unbelievable!
