Budget Car and Truck Rental

We were running late to pick up our rental pickup for 5pm(also when they close) so we went back the next day right when they opened at 7 am. No one showed up until 7:40am and then they told us they didnt have a car for us. Terrible customer service

See my experience with AVIS, but Budget accepted full payment for my rental assured me on the phone and online that my prepaid debit card was accepted and would be at the pickup, but wasn't accepted when I got there, and am still fighting online for a refund of my prepayment of $246.43.

Those people that work here dont take their jobs serious at all. I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee third row seat like 10 days ahead and paid in full. Two days before my trip I sent them an email confirming my reservation. Also the day before my reservation I gave them a call to make sure we are still on the schedule and there is no delay. When I show up for picking it up they had a Toyota RAV4 ready for me. When I ask why the guy said they are similar so take this one instead. For those who knows the type of cars tell them the difference between Jeep Grand Cherokee third row seat and Toyota RAV4 in sizes. I usually wouldnt mind but I chose that for my spastic needs. Also if you look it up on their website the price is not the same. So they are scamming people with a car and down grade it when they go to pick it up. This process put me five hours behind because I had to stay on the phone like 5 hours to be able to cancel my reservation and they took half it. They dont have the car you pay for it and they wont cancel it either. I was not able to get to my flight neither the hotel reservation.
