Lived here for 2 years. Really clean and quiet except for the train noise. The front desk was always very helpful. Make sure to fill out your move in inspection carefully so you dont get charged for damages that you didnt do.

Absolute nightmare. I would suggest living somewhere else. They definitely prey upon inexperienced leasers who dont stand up for themselves. During the 2 years I lived here the lack of communication and knowledgeable employees was unacceptable. There was only one agent who was reasonable and helpful during my entire experience. For all actual resolutions I had to call the DTN area manager to get involved since Berry-tree/Hamptons said they couldnt do anything. If I hadnt taken the extra step of calling the actual area manager, I wouldve paid upwards of $700 in extra fees. Consider yourself forewarned.

Response to Berrytree's nonsense response to my review! First, I didn't received any notice and the agency told me they send the mail to the Kenneth Dr which is the address in Berrytree! Why you didn't send me the email or give me a phone call. You can almost half year to let me know this in person, but did't do that! I am not an American citizen, I don't know the rule. But that not the excuse let you guys do this to me and ruin my life ! I give you a phone call, you didn't response me why I didn't received any notice but focus on why I have the balance. I don't care the money. I will pay the money I need to pay. But the credit history is very important to me. Second, I give many phone calls and went to the office to ask you removed the furniture that didn't belong in my apartment. No one help me, and in the call they said do you have hard copy or email to show you asked ??? Excuse me. You teach me a lesson , everything between you and your resident need email to proof ! Now you just though me to the agency company let myself to fix this problem cause by you guys! Unbelievable ! Such a irresponsible apartment ! If you want your credit score to drop 150 points then you can choose Berrytree. I have lived in Berrytree for more than two years. In Fall 2021, I moved into a new1b1b apartment at Berrytree. Everything went well, until I did the Move-In Inspection. I notice there are many furniture in the apartment what I didnt expect to have, I told them please move out those furniture.Guess what, they existing in my apartment until I move out! I put a mark on the inspection paper that said the sofa was damaged with many scratching marks, but after I moved out they still charged me three hundred for that trash. Back to the topic, I just graduated from MSU and got a master's offer from UT. During this summer, I am preparing to find a new apartment in other state. The dramatic thing happened, after I finished my application, the new apartment told me I have an unpaid rent. My application was be denied.Then I found out that Berrytree charge me six hundreds dollar when I move out and didn't let me know. They just gave this to a collection company WITHOUT ANY, I mean ANY notice(NO Email and No phone calls ) to me before they did that. So, my credit score dropped from 750 to 605 and I have an unpaid rent record on my credit history. I feel so angry and helpless. I dont know why Berrytree did that to me. Is that because I am an international student so they think they can charge me extra money for no reason and put me in this despair situation. I am going to new place for my future study this August, but I cant rent a public apartment there. If I get any notice saying " oh you have an unpaid balance on your account, if I think yes that's what I need to pay I will pay it or I will figure out a way to fix it. Credit is very important to everybody. I am in China right now, the communication between me, the collection agency and the new apartment are very diverse. I can't sleep well for almost two weeks. I just need explanations from Berrytree and Fairness to all future residents, especially international students and Chinese students!
