I lived here for 2 years.
-maintenance is quick and does well
-many parking areas
-high rent for lack of improvements on apartments
-poor communication from management (buildings burned down and tenants were not notified)
-shared areas were not cleaned often
-community washer and dryers were often broken

Our appartment burned down and it was revealed they hadnt done an inspection on the building in several years but did nothing for those who were displaced. They also had an active shooter and failed to alert or tell anyone of the situation. Do not come here, it isnt safe.

Staff were nice to work with, from leasing the apartment to any routine maintenance needed. Most maintenance requests were addressed within 24 hours. The property is kept up nicely, the internet works well, and the community is quiet. There might be occasional trash, loud neighbor, smelly hallway but I general the property is great for the price (cheaper than a lot of properties in the area). We lived there for three years and had a nice experience. I recommend Knob Hill Apartments to those looking for a nice place to live.

Used to be very good back in 2018 when I first moved here but gradually everything kept getting worse and now we literally have a few buildings that got burned down. :(
Countless plumbing issues, leaking roof, sink drains would regularly backup, hallways were smelly, nasty, dark and often had pieces of ceiling either completely missing or damaged with wires scattered around the nasty carpet making it dangerous to walk.
The management/maintenance staff were excellent and always quick to respond but that too gradually changed as the management became quiet pompous.
