Benn Barber was amazing from start to finish. The depth of knowledge of the system/Technology and how to navigate problems and issues turned what couldve been a major obstacle into a minor inconvenience. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I had more than a satisfactory experience and I would highly recommend anyone to bring any complicated issues to him as he has driven to resolve them beyond satisfaction !

The worst customer service. Ridiculous amount of people waiting. After waiting over an hour, the girl told me sorry cant help you, you need to call customer service. Called them, and they sent me back to the store with the phone. After waiting again, over an hour, I left and went to the Verizon on Gold Star. They helped me in 10 minutes!!!!

After being with them for 7 years, they charged me an early termination fee to leave. Wondering if they also charge this fee to elderly people who pass away?
