Went to Verizon store at 539 Granite St, Braintree, MA. Jacob was fabulous. There were 3 customers in the store and Jacob exceeded the expectations of everyone. While waiting on one customer he engaged the others in conversation to determine their needs. He made all customers feel valuable and enjoyed taking care of the needs of each customer. I will always go back to this Verizon store and refer it to all my family and friends. Thank you Jacob.

I've called Verizon wireless regarding my bill many time and they keep giving me the run around. The sales person told me there was a loyalty program 25 years with the company as I said you try to talk to a manager and none is available I've never heard a manager is not available to talk with a customer.

The worst customer service. I called customer service to get a copy of old invoices. They told me to go to customer service here and they will give you the invoice, but the employee told me, No, it is not available. I asked, Can you look at the system? He said, No. I asked, You can call them, but he refused. Note: They do not have any customers, but he refused. I follow the chat
