        Jason was great! Very helpful indeed. However, Chris was nothing but annoyed and nasty. Yes, our grandson was making noise. She could have nicely said that he was bothering her but she came at us with a plain old fashioned down east totally unpleasant outburst. Also, the manager let us use the bathroom and when we asked to use it again she said no one has been able to use it for years, although we just had used it. Again, Jason was terrific. Its too bad our otherwise perfect experience was destroyed by Chris unpleasantness.
