        Just talked to my 80 year old grandma she needed help with her phone associate told her to go to a public Library ... (was upset about her email) said prior she has interacted with this same gentlemen and he was rude to her have some compassion for the elderly they aren't tech savvy like us treat them like it's your own grandmother do better

        I had a great experience at the Verizon store in Pittsfield! Lucas was very knowledgeable and was able to set me up with a new phone and plan! Highly reccomend!

        Since I travel a lot, I'll stick with Verizon as I find they have the best coverage nationwide and the most convenient international plans, despite not having the best coverage here in the Berkshires. This particular store is a hit or miss. Depending on who you get, they can either be helpful or not. Edit *. I bumped another star up since they responded. Always appreciate a response.
