The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional, cutting me off mid sentence and not even telling me who shes transferring me. My issue still isnt resolved.

Service sucks have to wait hours and I brought my car for service and I live 2 hrs away and they don't want to give me a rental

My parents come here to service their car. They always are treated well.

They fixed my daughters car quickly. There was a slight snafu with service - they forgot to do a portion but quickly fixed it and didnt charge for their error.
