The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional, cutting me off mid sentence and not even telling me who shes transferring me. My issue still isnt resolved.

Complete and utter waste of time.I was there today looking at cars.If I wanted to pay cash for the Hyundai I wished to buy the salesmen told me they add $2,000 to the asking price for cash payment.Who would do such a thing?I was told I could finance it for 4 months and then payoff the balance.Thats completely absurd.Whats the catch? Does Boch buy back the financing from the primary lender at a cheaper rate? Be cautious my friends,research all dealers.I went up the street from Boch and purchased a 2020 Buick Encore that I saw on CarGurus for a fair and decent price

After two months of re-contacting the dealer about my purchased cars registration and about four trips there, it was finally resolved. Handing me the old plates for me to return, I get the message from RMV online "Reinstatement Fee Must Be Paid Before the Registration Can Be Cancelled". This whole experience has been a frustrating hassle without much help from the dealership.

It was a great experience, shopping for a new used car, though I didn't finish d transactions but I was impressed with their business powers and drive to get u in at all cost. I love d experience.
