        I came in for an oil change. I didnt get an updated window sticker. I am thankful for the reduction in price for the interior air filter and the new battery for my fob. Aaron is always pleasant to work with. Thanks Aaron!

        I'm not a review person, but I disliked working with Ira Mazda for this entire process. Bought a car from them that wasn't in my possession for almost an entire month. When I did receive the vehicle, I had the driver inform me of multiple things he found that weren't in working condition, along with a crack in the windshield, trunk button, USB ports. Asked me "do we have to wash it? It'll get dirty in no time anyway". Had my salesman call me and act as though I called him & proceed to casually carry on conversations he was having with other people on the floor. I've had the check engine come on, random shakes and shimmies. Belts, water pump, battery, gaskets. All needed repair in less than 6 months. Bite the bullet and I just spend $2,000 to repair the vehicle. Which my $3,000 warranty that I bought through them didn't cover a dime. Oh and their app is BAD! Always down for maintainance or just frozen or broken. 0/10
