What an awful place with awful people!!! We came in there just a few minutes ago. We looked at the cars, sit in them, Checking what will be the best choice for us. Not once someone came to us to see if we could use the help. Every dealership we went to approached us right away at the door. The way they ignored us was absolutely upsetting. We came in planning to buy one of their Escalades. Wish it was a more friendly place.

Fantastic sales rep Jamie helped me buy the car of my dreams. She was able to go above and beyond to ensure I was getting exactly what I was looking to pay for. She even suggested I get a PPI! When the dealer cares about your peace of mind when buying a car, you know you found a good place. They got paid, I got a car, and it was a simple and easy transaction that wasted nobody's time. With the advent of the internet, there's really no reason to beat around the bush with car prices. Find a car online at your price point, and buy. Couldn't be simpler. I suggest when looking for an exotic, look at the inventory here first, and ask for Jamie.

Thank you to Cadillac of Norwood. The sales consultant Al, manager Alex and finance Omar were professional, friendly and most of all they made us feel comfortable with this purchase. I traded in my wrangler I had for 12 years and bought a coupe. I was pretty nervous and they made it a stress free transaction. Took care of a couple things I asked for as well. Touch up was a bit lacking but I can live with it. Thank you! I highly recommend to ask for Al if youre looking for a new or used vehicle.
