I had a great experience purchasing my used vehicle from Central Buick GMC. It had been a while since I purchased a vehicle from a dealer and perhaps I was remembering the bad experiences I had in the past. From the moment I called Central I felt attended to but not overwhelmed. I had interactions with many different members of the Central team and each one took the time and patience with me during the process. Never did I feel pressured or rushed. I worked with JT as my sales rep and Brian as the sales manager when purchasing my new 2023 Yukon Denali and it was by far the best experience Ive had when purchasing a vehicle. JT and Brian both sat with myself and my wife and walked through the build process with us step by step. They listened to exactly what I was looking for when it came to options and fully explained the packages and features. They didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt want which was a massive change of pace from other dealers I had worked with. Since the car needed to be built at the factory they gave me a timeline that was not only accurate but the vehicle showed up earlier than expected!!!. JT answered every one of my calls about updates regarding delivery. When the vehicle arrived Brian worked diligently to get me the rate and payment that I was looking for. JT spent over and hour walking me through getting all the technology connected and showing all the additional features in the car. All said and done with the experience I had working with JT and Brian and the awesome car its more than safe to say that Ill be purchasing all future vehicles with Central GMC. Thanks again guys!!
