Very nice apartments. Only toured the place but seemed to be a good place/neighborhood. Decent rent prices for temp living.

Owners are extremely cheap and there has been vomit left in the stairwell for over a month.

There is no comparison in dorms from 40 years ago to today. Private bathrooms, air conditioning, high-speed Internet, you name it they have it now.
