Thankfully Indiana is one of the states that provides lease break with ZERO PENALTY, but sadly Blines Apartments is the only rental l have heard of that does not uphold this law. I've had "fake suicide calls" by an anonymous male and had my apartment broken into while l was sound asleep and worse, that l can only speak about with my lawyer or therapist. Women just know this is the only place in Indiana lve ever heard of that doesn't uphold that safety law, sadly, because they truly are beautiful apartments! 😭

My apartment is absolutely beautiful and their office manager Tracy has been wonderful!! She truly made this move an easy transition for me and I cant express how happy I am to be here

Beautiful new apartments, walking distance from CVS, restaurants and public library. The apartments are new so I never had to call for maintenance. Sitting right on the most beautiful paved trail in the city. Tracy, the office manager, is highly professional and always available to explain and to show around. It was great place for my family for the last year, I really wish to myself to find apartment as nice as this one when I am moving to another state.
