College Mall Apartments

I've lived here since August and have absolutely loved it!! When we moved in, we were shocked by how clean everything was. We've only had to contact maintenance once, and they were there same day! Clean and quiet complex, friendly neighbors, and organized management. Highly recommend!

The management office staff especially Heidi is very responsive and super friendly. Maintenance services are provided regularly with affordable rent. The place is usually quiet and is great for students and professionals. Close to campus. One drawback is that the ac unit in my unit sometimes is making loud noise.

Ive been staying here for one year, and everything here is wonderful! The rent is quite affordable; the staff are very nice and welcome; the environment of this community is great. More importantly, College Mall Apartments location is perfect! There are two bus stops here, and you can go to CVS, College Mall, restaurants, and supermarkets on foot. Highly recommend living here.

I lived at College Mall apartments for about one year. The apartments are located near college mall, Indian store and other shops. I would definitely recommend College mall apartments as a great place to live.

The location of this place is ideal, with convenient proximity to College Mall, Indian Store, Target, and Kroger. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and pleasant. It would be even better if additional amenities, such as a gym or similar facilities, could be incorporated.
