I have never lived here, I just find it pathetic and perturbing that they auto-enrolled me in their advertisement email drips because I go to IU. I literally have owned a home for years, and my school email was created after the purchase of my home - there is absolutely no reason I should be contacted by an apartment complex unaffiliated with my university. Either this company steals email addresses of all new IU students and inundates with them trash and spam to attempt to make sales, or IU sells them our emails - both methods are disgustingly wrought with consumerism and lack of care of the person they are trying to sell a product to. Stop spamming random people to live in your subpar apartments. It makes you look desperate, and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid this place in light of your unauthorized infiltration into my life. Tell your marketing staff to figure out a different approach. EDIT: Responding to the Owner Stop trying to defend your greed - I don't need to reach out to IU to get my name out of your mouth, YOU need to actually advertise properly. I am not reaching out to you to help you understand ethical marketing tactics, as I don't work for your company and don't wish to see it succeed. Oh, and maybe take care of your residents, lol? Have you seen the numerous negative comments about trash? Perhaps you should spend less time responding to Google Reviews and more time ensuring your property is inhabitable and worth the egregious rent cost.
