    REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE - They give gift cards for 5-star reviews. I lost over $7,000 in non-rent or utility payments while staying at this property. I have never been mistreated as a customer more in my entire life than I was while staying here. Constant broken promises, lack of communication, and blatant unethical business practices (exactly the things they are teaching us NOT to do in school). - They will tow your car from your ASSIGNED parking spot and leave you with the bill - They will tow your car while you are moving in/out and when you ask where you should park so you can move in/out they respond with their favorite words "I don't know" - Went behind our backs and offered our subleasers 1/2 off rent after we brought them to the Standard as our subleasers - Our apartment moved out on the 5th of the month and our electric bill for that month was more than double any other month that we lived at the property. When we asked why... the common answer again: "I don't know" - Elevators are always broken, areas are always closed off, and loud noises constantly. - For a period of 2 weeks wifi cut out daily I could go on for hours but I think you get the point... its a nightmare and I wouldn't wish what I experienced on my worst enemy. Please find somewhere else, there are plenty of better options where you can find a better experience for a better price too. If you've already leased here, I'd advise you to try to sucker someone else to take your place and pay the $500 reassignment. I sure wish I did after losing over $7,000 (in non-rent or utility fees) towards absolutely nothing.
