Covenanter Hill Neighborhood District

I've lived here for two years. I have two complaints. One, I can literally hear everything my upstairs neighbors do! Looking back at past reviews. This has been an ongoing problem at this apartment complex for years and nothing has been done to insulate the ceilings against sound. Two, rent has increased every year without fail with Renaissance Rentals crying "inflation".

I lived alone here for a year while going to IU and it was great. If I was still in Bloomington I would have signed again. The apartment was clean, the space was enough for me, it was much quieter than the other places I've lived, and the managers and maintainance staff were very friendly and more than willing to help.

I lived here for two years and I highly recommend this property management. They are very professional and helpful. Maintenance is very fast and easy. I had the best experience in Bloomington with Renaissance rentals.

I lived at Covenanter for 3 years and I loved it. The staff are nice and helpful. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. It's in a quieter area off of college mall, which is about 15 min from campus but there are reliable bus lines that go to campus. I lived in a townhouse and two different one-bedroom apartments and they were all well-maintained and clean. If you're looking for a place in Bloomington, I highly recommend them.

I lived here for 3 years and it was exceptional. The neighborhood is really pretty and the apartments are great. I loved the amount of natural light, open floor plan, built-in desk and built-in bathroom shelves in my apartment. I lived in a Villa and liked that it opened up to outside instead of being 1 big complex. The vaulted ceiling made it feel very spacious. Never had any trouble from neighbors. Maintenance is very fast -- I could submit a request at midnight and they would be here at 9 AM the next morning. They leave a note detailing what happened which is much appreciated. Staff was always very helpful when I'd ask questions. It is a 5 minute walk from the Kroger which is really convenient. The 3 and the 9 come here regularly so I was in shape transportation-wise. Lots of parking. I took over the lease from someone who also lived there for 3 years before me, so there was no maintenance inspection in between me and her (for 6 years total), so on the way out I was worried they might take my deposit but I got the whole thing back!
