Chase is an extremely friendly bank to visit. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful. The staff members are knowledgeable and eager to help you.

I can never gain access to the atms after hours. I swipe my chase debit and the door never opens. I see a lot of pedestrians using the drive thru atms
