Chase Bank

It's going to be closed on December 8th but the branch doesn't actually work anymore. The doors inside are closed and the ATM available in foyer doesn't have any cash? O_o

Whoever the short heavy woman with glasses is that works there....in the parking lot when she arrives she will actually block peoples way and make them drive around here. Happened to me today. I am trying to leave I am on the right side of the drive path as I am heading out. She pulls her car right up to mine and motions for me to move to get out of her way. This woman should not be in the service industry

Ive banked with Chase for as long as it has existed in Chicago and have enjoyed great service for many years, but something has gone amiss in the last several weeks with the branch at Elston and Laramie: it has been temporarily closed at least once a week, with no advance notice. I asked about this recently and was told that the problem was occasional lack of staff. If that branch cant maintain appropriate staffing levels, it should just close permanently, rather than subject its customers to such inconsistent service.
