Incredible personnel! Best managed Chase office by an extremely professional young lady Tina who helped me Today. She treated me so well, calmly explained to me all I needed to know. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and  took the time to teach me the benefits of other checking accounts and how to utilize online banking. I booked an appointment because we needed a stamp on documentation. We showed up and the person was not there at the time we'd scheduled. Then they said they could not print documents and we had to print documents. They cannot accept emails from outside Chase. I thought that was interesting and must really hamper any business they do. I do not recommend these two north Chase branches.

I visited this branch today and was pretty surprised. The service was in a high level. I was greeted by a very friendly lady who happen to be the Manager, her name was Tina. She answered all my questions and explained everything step by step she knows how to treat customers. Tina was extremely professional and positive. Moreover, she knows how to work fast and at the same time for quality. All in all, giving 10 out of 10 for service.

Went to this branch in the afternoon regarding an issue I had with my account. The teller was very courteous and asked me to speak with the manager directly. I spoke with the manager (Miss Tina). She was very professional and efficient. She immediately understood the problem and provided me with the solution. All of this took less than 5 minutes. Truly outstanding service. Thank you!
